The event was divided in two parts:
a 2-day Open Forum that provided an overview of the envisaged large-scale CO2 storage demos in Europe, the associated regulatory framework and the current state of research
a 1-day workshop on regulatory issues for the implementation of the EU Directive on the geological storage of CO2
The 6th Open Forum proved to be a great success:

This year, a true European coverage was possible through collaboration with 'CGS Europe', an FP7 Pan-European Coordination Action on the geological storage of CO2, in which all the CO2GeoNet members are involved. Visit the CGS Europe website:
